Whistleblowing Channel

Barrabés.biz has an Internal Reporting System – Whistleblowing Channel in compliance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals reporting regulatory breaches and combating corruption. This law transposes Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and the Council of October 23, 2019, known as the Whistleblowing Directive.

This system allows for the reporting of behaviors or irregularities within the work or professional context that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense. At Barrabés.biz, we are committed to providing adequate protection to individuals who report actions or omissions that may constitute any of the offenses outlined in the law.

To this end, this Whistleblowing Channel is activated (https://barrabes.personiowhistleblowing.com/) and can be used by the following individuals:

  • Self-employed workers.
  • Employees.
  • Shareholders, partners, and members of the company’s governing, management, or supervisory bodies.
  • Any person working for or under the supervision and direction of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Collaborators.
  • Whistleblowers in the context of an employment or statutory relationship that has ended, volunteers, interns, and workers in training periods.
  • Whistleblowers whose employment relationship has not yet begun, in cases where information about breaches was obtained during the selection or pre-contractual negotiation process.

Barrabés.biz guarantees the confidentiality of reports, protecting the whistleblower and prohibiting retaliation. However, it is important to note that processing takes time, and therefore, an immediate response may not be possible.
